☼ A Guided Return to Self-Trust

The Nothing
Is Wrong
Book Club

Stop overriding yourself.
Start trusting what you know.
I created this six-week guided experience for women who are ready to recognize the patterns keeping them disconnected from themselves — and move forward with greater self-trust.
Together, we’ll read all twelve chapters of When Nothing Is Wrong (But Something Isn’t Right) and bring the work beyond the page into your real life.

If something doesn’t feel right

Nothing has to be wrong for something
to be ready to change.

Maybe your life looks fine from the outside, but something inside you keeps asking to be heard.

—
You say yes when something in you says no.
—
You explain away what you feel.
—
You look for permission before trusting what you already know.
—
You keep performing strength while quietly feeling disconnected from yourself.

The patterns that once helped you feel safe, successful, needed, or accepted may now be keeping you from the life that feels true.

I created this space to help you understand those patterns without judging yourself for having them.

Over six weeks, I’ll guide you to recognize when you are overriding yourself, pause before responding from an old pattern, meet what surfaces with compassion, and take small actions rooted in self-trust.

This is not about fixing your life.It is about learning how to stop leaving yourself behind.
What We’ll Do Together

The book gives us the language. Our time together helps you live it.

Each week, we’ll move through the assigned chapters at a thoughtful pace.

This Experience May Be for You If:
You often know what you feel but talk yourself out of trusting it.
You make decisions based on expectations before asking what is true for you.
You are moving through a transition or questioning what comes next.
You are tired of carrying everything through strength and performance.
You want greater clarity, honesty, and connection in your life.
If you see yourself here, you belong in this conversation.

Our 6-Week Journey

Week 1

Recognition

We’ll name the quiet feeling that nothing appears wrong, but something still does not feel right.
Week 2

Understanding the Override

We’ll explore when and why you learned to dismiss what you feel, need, or know.
Week 3

Learning to Stay

You’ll practice pausing, staying present, and responding without automatically abandoning yourself.
Week 4

Identity, Gently Reclaimed

We’ll explore who you became to survive, succeed, and belong, and what may now be ready to soften.
Week 5

Living From the Inside Out

You’ll begin making choices rooted in clarity and self-trust, not only in what is expected.
Week 6

Integration and Your Next Honest Step

We’ll reflect on what has shifted and consider how you want to continue moving forward.
Your Invitation

You do not have to have it all figured out to begin.

You only need a willingness to pause, listen, and stop leaving yourself behind.

Why I’m Guiding This Experience

Explore the book with the woman who wrote it.

I’m Melinda Szwak, author of When Nothing Is Wrong (But Something Isn’t Right) and creator of its companion journal.

During our time together, I’ll take you beyond the words on the page and into the questions, experiences, and practices behind them.

I’ll guide each conversation, offer context, invite reflection, and help you connect what you are reading to the life you are actually living.

I’m not here to tell you what your next step should be. I’m here to help you hear your own answer more clearly.
